What if the work is not right?
Tell the partner company first, since it did the job and is best placed to put it right. If you cannot get anywhere, ring 07861 936716 and we chase it for you. We cannot promise a particular outcome, but you will not be left to argue alone, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
What if you cannot take my job?
Then we say so at once and pass you to one of our partner plumbing companies who can come out, so nobody who rings is left without a way forward. The partner then quotes, invoices and takes payment directly with you. We handle no payment or invoices in that case either.
How do I know who is coming?
