What We Actually Provide
We are a booking and matching line. We are not a plumbing or heating contractor. When you contact us, we note the fault and the address, then pass the job to an independently owned local plumbing company from our partner network that can reach you and suits the work. Before anyone arrives we text you that company's name and details.
Your Contract for the Work
The contract for the plumbing or heating work is between you and the partner company, not between you and us. The partner is separately owned and run. It carries out its own diagnosis, writes its own quote, performs the work and answers for it.
Money
We do not take payment, issue invoices or hold deposits. The partner company invoices you and takes payment directly, on the terms in its written quote. Please raise any question about a bill with that company first.
Quotes, Prices and Timings
Prices come from the partner company after it has seen the fault, and are given to you in writing before work starts. We do not quote jobs or promise a price or an arrival time. Any price range on this website is a published guide to London costs and is not an offer.
Information You Give Us
We use your name, number and address to arrange the job and to follow it up if something goes wrong. We pass the details the partner company needs to attend. Please give accurate details, including safe access, parking arrangements, any known hazards such as asbestos or a hazardous pet, and whether the property is rented so we can ask the right person for permission. We keep your details only as long as the job and any follow-up need them.
When Something Goes Wrong
Tell the partner company first, since it carried out the work. If you cannot reach a resolution, ring 07861 936716 and we will help chase it. We cannot guarantee an outcome. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our Limited Responsibility
Because the partner company does the work, we are not responsible for how it is carried out. We are responsible for answering honestly, matching you with care and following up. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Emergencies
If you smell gas, leave the property and ring the National Gas Emergency number, 0800 111 999, before contacting us. In any danger to life, ring 999.
Changes and Law
